Who controls your data

The data controller for this website is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. Work quoted through this site is carried out and invoiced by S&K Glazing Ltd (company number 14088194), part of the S&K Group.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, use the guide-price tool, chat or message us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details about your garage door.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, give you a quote and carry out work you ask for. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

Installation teams working for us on your job, and service providers who help run the site: Web3Forms (form handling), Tawk.to (live chat), Netlify (hosting) and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for 6 years for tax and guarantee purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@garagedoorinstallers.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
