Quotes and guide prices

Guide prices on this website are estimates. A fixed price is given in writing after survey and is valid for 30 days.

Deposits and payment

Made-to-measure doors require a deposit when the order is placed, with the balance due on completion. Amounts are set out on your written quotation.

Your right to cancel

If you agree a contract at your home or at a distance, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Made-to-measure goods that have been ordered to your specification may not be refundable once manufacture has started, and we will tell you about this before you order.

Installation

We will agree a fitting date with you. You need to give clear access to the garage and a power supply where an electric door is fitted.

Guarantees

Workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your quotation. Doors and motors carry the manufacturer's warranty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
